Mingus Mill, GSMNP

This past weekend I went up to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  Instead of going to Cades Cove which is extremely crowded this time of year, I went over to the NC. side of the Smokies to visit Mingus Mill.  The colors this year were spotty at best because fall seems to have come early to the Smokies.  Working with the conditions that I had, I framed the mill using the water trough as a leading line to the mill house and using the reds and yellows of the leaves near it for some contrast. As you can see in the gallery I took a few different variations of shots both landscape and vertical, I think I like the Vertical one the best of all. What do you think?  Comments are welcome as always. 🙂
